- The process begins with a consultation with Mandi.
- During this consultation, you can share your ideas, inspirations, and preferences for the piece of jewellery you want to create.
- Mandi will discuss design options, materials, gemstones, and budget considerations with you.
- Mandi will send through a quote for you to accept and a deposit will be required.

**2. Design and Concept:**
- Based on your input, Mandi & her team of talented designers will create a detailed design concept through CAD or a sketch of the jewellery piece.
- You'll have the opportunity to review and refine the design until it perfectly matches your vision. 

**3. Material Selection:**
- Once the design is approved, you'll work with Mandi to select the materials, such as the type of metal (e.g., gold, platinum) and any gemstones you'd like to incorporate. We may need to source the stones prior to the design being finalised.

**4. Crafting the Piece:**
- Our skilled craftsmen will then begin the meticulous process of bringing your design to life.
- They will use traditional artisan techniques and modern technology to craft the jewellery piece with precision and attention to detail in our workshop.

**5. Pick up & Quality Assurance:**
- At Mandi & Co, we maintain high-quality standards, and each piece undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our extremely high standards, once the piece is assessed a certificate of purchase is complete you will be able to come in and pick up your beautiful piece. 


- Our commitment to you extends beyond the purchase. We offer aftercare services, such as cleaning, maintenance, and resizing, to ensure your jewellery continues to shine.
